Meet the Team

Andrew Sadler

Andrew is the Director & Owner of Sadlers and oversees all aspects of the business. Originally from Stockton-on Tees, Andrew left the North East in the 1990s to begin his career as a Chef in Gloucestershire. He was trained in high quality rosette standard establishments before moving into Hotel Management in the Cotswolds. Andrew returned to the North East in 2004 and was previously Head Chef at Hunley Hall Golf Club & The Otter & Fish at Hurworth. In 2009 he left the UK and spent 4 yrs in Germany working for the Military, where he was Head Chef for both the Sergeants & Officers Mess at Sennelager Training Camp. Andrew opened Sadlers in 2018 to showcase his cooking within a relaxed informal atmosphere.

Jenny Sadler

Jenny joined husband Andrew in the family business in September 2019.Brought up in East Cleveland, Jenny worked in hospitality until graduating from Teesside university in Psychology. She then went on to work in the charitable sector in a number of roles including Housing, Mental health, Managing Volunteers and supporting Carers & Older People. Jenny can usually be found either chatting to customers or cuddling doggy visitors!

Samantha Lowe

Sam is Andrews younger sister and supports the family business around her full time job as a Team Manager at Axa Insurance. She brings a wealth of experience as she previously managed a busy Bar whilst living in Chelmsford, Essex. Sam brings her experience to our Bistro Evenings and manages the shifts, whilst making awesome cocktails !

Harry Nellist

Harry is a local lad from Stokesley, and has joined the Sadlers Team as an Apprentice Chef. Harry is a fan of Mexican Cooking and also has his own You Tube Channel.
